Munich-based IT staffing and software firm Allgeier (AEI: GR) today announced that it will acquire IT staffing and consultancy company Networker, Project Consultancy (Projektberatung). The acquisition is expected close over the next few days.

Networker, which is headquartered just outside of Frankfurt, offers specialist end-to-end IT staffing and project services, and has long-standing relationships with major national and international companies.

Networker will strengthen the market position of Allgeier Experts, Allgeier’s staffing division, across Europe’s German-speaking countries. The addition will also further enhance Allgeier’s IT consulting, IT staffing, and managed IT services offerings.

The acquisition will also deepen Allgeier’s expertise in the in the fast-growing banking and finance staffing market.

Details of the acquisition were not released.

This marks the second acquisition by Allgeier in recent months, following the acquisition of Dusseldorf-based Search Consult by Allgeier subsidiary Goetz Fried in April 2015.
