A new study found job seekers in France with African names still face discrimination, The Local reports. The study tested 40 businesses in six cities employment more than 1,000 people, and 30% of big businesses preferred candidates with French-sounding names, according to the report. While the sample was too small to generalise for all French companies, but the study still raised concerns.
