Czech Republic – Most workers satisfied with their jobs

27 September 2016

According to new research from European recruitment firm Grafton Recruitment, 72% of Czechs are satisfied with their jobs.

The survey shows that despite most being happy with their jobs, they would welcome a more flexible working schedule.

Job satisfaction stems from job security and increase in wages. The survey showed that in 2016, 56% of employers increased wages for their workers, which is 10% higher than last year.

Survey data also showed that the most likely reason for employees leaving a job is salary (65%).
