SIA to Honor Contingent Workforce Program Game Changers

KellyOCG Partners in Recognizing Extraordinary Industry Professionals

Mountain View, California — May 20, 2020 — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has announced its third annual Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Game Changers list. The list recognizes individuals – professionals working in contingent workforce management roles around the globe – making a significant contribution to the management and evolution of contingent workforce programs within their organizations and industry-wide. This year’s list is sponsored by KellyOCG®, a global  leader in talent supply chain strategies and workforce solutions.

Nominations for the list will be accepted through June 31, 2020. Selection and appointment to the list is made based on the impact and influence nominees have had on the profession and on the roles they play in elevating the value of contingent work. Finalists will be announced this September.

“In these unprecedented times and through uncharted territory, these visionary professionals are embracing the disruption in their workforce programs and focusing under extreme circumstances to enable solutions for their organizations and the talent they rely on,” said Ursula Williams, COO at Staffing Industry Analysts. “It is a privilege to honor these remarkable leaders for their contributions to the evolving landscape of contingent work and to celebrate the immense value and innovation they add in the field, strategically, operationally, technologically, ideologically, and truly as those partnering to change the game for us all.”

“Now more than ever, we are witnessing the rapid acceleration of the changing world of work, and it’s challenging our industry to take a different approach with talent and workforce strategies,” said Tammy Browning, senior vice president, global operations for KellyOCG. “We are honored to join Staffing Industry Analysts to celebrate the outstanding work of the contingent workforce professionals on this year’s CW Program Game Changers list. They are the disruptors who recognize the urgent need to lead with innovation, create authentic partnerships, and question long-standing talent and workforce models to evolve their programs and make a significant contribution to their organizations and to the industry.”

Those named to the list will be honored during SIA’s annual CWS Summit North America.
