SIA Celebrates Contingent Workforce Program Game Changers

KellyOCG Partners to Honor Industry Professionals

Mountain View, California – September 9, 2020 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its third annual global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Game Changers list. The list, which debuts today, recognizes professionals – buyers of staffing services – making a significant contribution to the management and evolution of contingent workforce programs within their organizations and industry-wide. This year’s list is sponsored by KellyOCG®, a global leader in talent supply chain strategies and workforce solutions.

Appointment to the list is made based on the influence and impact nominees have had on the profession, and on the roles they play in engaging and elevating the value of the flexible workforce. Amidst the many nominations received, 42 individuals were selected for inclusion this year.

“The 2020 CW Program Game Changers have risen to extraordinary and unprecedented challenges and opportunities in recent months, standing out as top professionals amid unforeseen and arduous circumstances, leading their organizations through a time of transitions and transformation, and elevating the ecosystem for us all,” said Ursula Williams, COO at SIA. “I am pleased to congratulate the CW Program Game Changers on their remarkable achievements—it is an extraordinary honor to be recognized this year.”

The CW Program Game Changers website launches this week, spotlighting those named to the list and their noteworthy achievements. The list also unveils in SIA’s online award-winning weekly newsletter CWS 3.0 today.

“Today organizations are relying on contingent workers for flexibility and business continuity more than ever. That’s because the pandemic turned traditional workforce strategies upside down, dramatically shifting the way people want to work and how they will engage with work,” said Tammy Browning, president KellyOCG. “CWM experts understand the value of a contingent workforce. To be a game changer means you’re constantly pushing the boundaries of your program, while challenging the industry to think different about this in-demand talent pool. We’re thrilled to join SIA in recognizing and thanking the honorees for their continued commitment to elevate the importance of contingent workers.”

The CW Program Game Changers are being honored during SIA’s upcoming CWS Summit North America: Talent, Technology, Tomorrow, taking place September 15th-16th.
