SIA Honors Contingent Workforce Program Game Changers

Industry Professionals Recognized in the Evolution of Work

Mountain View, California – September 15, 2021 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has unveiled its fourth annual global Contingent Workforce (CW) Program Game Changers list. The list, announced today, honors professionals – buyers of staffing services – whose contribution to the management and evolution of contingent workforce programs within their organizations and industry-wide is enhancing how work gets done around the world. The 2021 list is sponsored by KellyOCG®, a global leader in talent supply chain strategies and workforce solutions.

Selection to the list is made based on the influence and impact nominees have on elevating the value of the flexible workforce and advancing the engagement of contingent talent in a dramatically shifting landscape. Forty individuals were named to the 2021 list, selected from open nominations held earlier this year.

“Embracing change and finding solutions for tomorrow’s world today, the 2021 CW Program Game Changers have acted swiftly to create and align opportunities for a globally impacted workforce,” said Ursula Williams, COO at SIA. “Congratulations to these individuals for their vision, agility and important role in moving the ecosystem and their organizations forward in a transforming talent landscape.”

Profiles of the 2021 CW Program Game Changers launch this week online, spotlighting those named to the list and their notable achievements. The list also debuts today in SIA’s award-winning weekly newsletter CWS 3.0.

“With the world of work in a constant state of flux and 62% of global organizations hiring more contingent workers since the start of the pandemic, contingent workforce experts who know the value of this in-demand talent will be critical as businesses strive to bring in new skills, meet financial targets and remain resilient in the coming years,” said KellyOCG President Tammy Browning. “It’s an honor to recognize these 40 individuals for their forward-thinking ideas about the optimal way to resource work within their organization and build a diverse workforce that considers all talent. They are the thought leaders who continue to move the industry forward by advocating for the important role contingent workers have in the workforce.”
