Randstad taps Robert Half exec for group president role

July 09, 2015

Randstad US appointed Kathryn Bolt as group president of Randstad Professionals and Tatum business lines, effective July 7. Prior to joining Randstad, Bolt was senior district president for Robert Half Canada, which for more than a decade also included a US-based operation.

Bolt replaces Rebecca Henderson in the role. Henderson previously led Randstad Professionals and Tatum brands and will now be leading Randstad’s new Talent Solutions Group as group president.

Randstad Professionals targets the finance and accounting, human resources, legal, and sales and marketing sectors. Tatum provides professional and interim services including strategic, financial and technology solutions. Bolt will oversee and internal operations and guide high-level strategic initiatives for both brands.

“Kathryn Bolt is a leading pioneer and renowned staffing executive within the industry, and we look forward to her contributions toward furthering our market leadership position by deploying the best specialized talent available,” said Linda Galipeau, CEO of Randstad North America. “Her extensive knowledge and experience in delivering quantifiable, measured results within the professional staffing sector will serve us well as we continue to bring more sophisticated, value-added workforce solutions to support our clients' business objectives.”
