Randstad US Group President Rebecca Henderson will lead the company’s new Talent Solutions Group, according to an announcement today. The Talent Solutions Group provides an integrated model of talent solutions that includes MSP, payrolling and independent contractor solutions, RPO and Randstad Corporate Services (an onsite MSP solution).

“Customers will get a more seamless experience from Randstad going forward,” Henderson said.

MSP, payrolling and IC solutions will be led by Scott Fraleigh, president. RPO will be led by Bob Lopes, president. Randstad Corporate Services will be led by Shirley Jones, president. In addition, Chase Wilson is senior VP, product and innovation; Patrick McCall is chief sales officer; and Greg Dyer is division president.
