RPO firm adds former Uber exec as executive VP

October 14, 2015

Recruitment process outsourcing provider WilsonHCG added Jesper Bendtsen to its executive team as executive VP of global strategy. Bendtsen most recently was head of global recruiting for Uber. Before that, he was VP of global go-to-market recruiting for salesforce.com. Bendtsen has also served as a senior executive for two RPO providers, where his responsibilities included corporate growth strategy, solution design, implementation, client management and service delivery.

Based in Toronto, Bendtsen will concentrate on global strategy and expansion. He will also work with WilsonHCG’s global client portfolio.

“With clients around the globe, it’s important we remain on the cutting edge so we can help them navigate the ever-changing HR landscape,” said CEO John Wilson. “Jesper is the right person to help us achieve this. His energy and passion around talent are rare. This, coupled with his expertise and knowledge, will drive continued success for WilsonHCG and our clients.”

WilsonHCG, headquartered in Tampa, Fla., counts more than 500 employees. Last month, it added Jennifer Locklear to its executive leadership team as chief people and culture officer.
