Recruitment process outsourcing provider WilsonHCG announced Jennifer Locklear joined its executive leadership team as chief people and culture officer, a new position within the firm, effective Sept. 8. She most recently was VP of human resources at Healthesystems.

Locklear will oversee all internal HR functions including talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement, performance management, total rewards and culture. She is based at WilsonHCG's global headquarters in Tampa, Fla., and reports directly to CEO John Wilson.

“As we continue to expand, it is critical to further strengthen our leadership team to drive WilsonHCG’s global people and business objectives,” said Wilson. “I am thrilled to have Jennifer leading our people and culture operations, which are extremely important to our organization.”

WilsonHCG counts more than 500 employees and is opportunistic in terms of expansion plans, according to the company.
