Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI), a Coeur d’Alene, Idaho-based commercial staffing firm, reported full-year 2012 revenue rose 20.2 percent to $98.4 million from $81.9 million in 2011.
Gross margin rose to 25.3 percent from 22.8 percent in the previous year.
Full-year net income rose 82.6 percent to $1.6 million compared with $853,903 a year ago.
“It was the second profitable year posted by the company since it was first organized in 2002 and represented sequential year-to-year profitability growth over 2011. Our teams executed well, increasing market share both in our existing territories and by expanding into new markets including post-disaster recovery work,” said Todd Welstad, chief operating officer.
Command Center last month named Frederick Sandford as president and CEO.
