Command Center Inc. (OTCBB: CCNI), a Coeur d’Alene, Idaho-based commercial staffing firm, named Frederick Sandford as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.

Sandford has more than 18 years of executive experience and since 2005 has served as an independent management consultant to Silicon Valley venture capitalists and entrepreneurs.
