Computer game maker Epic Games, the developer of Fortnite, is offering a few hundred contingent workers the opportunity to become traditional full-time workers, The Verge reported. The move affects quality assurance testers and other contract-based employees. However, Epic said it will continue to use contingent workers from staffing firms where it makes sense for both the workers and the company.
