Digital Intelligence Systems and Signature Consultants — a combined staffing firm with more than $1.3 billion in revenue — announced the two brands are uniting under one name, Dexian, to better reflect the company’s post-acquisition business. 

“The Dexian brand reflects our commitment to applying dexterity at scale through our new integrated platform of services and solutions,” Dexian CEO Mahfuz Ahmed said in a release. Disys acquired Signature Consultants in 2021.

The Dexian brand represents the larger organization that will incorporate the Disys and Signature Consultants brands. However, the two segments will be renamed Dexian Disys and Dexian Signature Consultants.

Even before the acquisition, both firms ranked among the largest IT staffing firms in the US. Today, the combined company ranks as the eighth-largest IT staffing firm, according to SIA research.
