Provisions Group, an IT staffing provider based in Franklin, Tennessee, acquired Insight Powered, a company focused on Salesforce implementations, optimizations and support.

With the deal, Insight Powered will become a standalone division of Provisions Group and continue to focus on Salesforce implementation services, health assessments and quick-start programs for Salesforce solutions.

“Joining forces with Provisions Group will continue to strengthen and expand the combined companies’ consulting services in North America as we scale to support the Salesforce ecosystem,” Insight Powered founder Chris Camp said.

Founded in 2003, Provisions Group has served more than 1,000 clients.

“Both companies were already successful certified Salesforce consulting partners, so we are excited about this acquisition,” Provisions Group CEO Mark Freeman said.

“It only intensifies our commitment to our Salesforce partnership supporting clients with new implementations, advanced system integrations, actionable insights and post-implementation managed support services.”

Nashville, Tennessee-based Insight Powered was founded in 2018.
