LocumTenens.com, a subsidiary of Jackson Healthcare, acquired Kimedics, a Nashville, Tennessee-based workforce management platform for healthcare organizations.

The deal enables LocumTenens.com to expand its suite of workforce optimization solutions, offering healthcare organizations workforce management supported by actionable insights.

Kimedics will continue to operate as an independent entity under its existing leadership team, retaining its brand identity and operational autonomy.

Founded in 2018, Kimedics manages and collaborates with healthcare providers, healthcare operators and healthcare partners to deploy clinical staff within and between organizations.

The move follows LocumTenens.com’s acquisition of Inlightened, a Boston-based firm that connects client companies with a network of healthcare professionals providing on-demand consultation.
