En-Japan Inc (4849:TYO), a recruitment and job information provider based in Japan, has acquired India-based IT staffing firm Future Focus Infotech, through its consolidated subsidiaries En-Asia Holdings Ltd and New Era India Consultancy Pvt Ltd.

The price of the transaction is JPY 1.35 billion (US$12.1 million), with an effective date of March 7.

Future Focus Infotech was founded in 1997 and provides IT temporary staffing. In addition, the company stated that it is focused on educating advanced technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things), AI and robotics and is proactively investing in new fields.

En-Japan stated that, with this acquisition of shares, “we will strengthen our business in the IT field and promote response to advanced technology. We will aim for further growth of our group and Future Focus.”

En-Japan provides online recruitment solutions across Japan. The company operates a number of job boards and career-related websites together with staffing services and executive search services.
