Staffing firm Aequor Technologies acquired Collab Infotech, a division of Collab USA LLC, in a deal announced Monday. Collab Infotech provides staffing in life sciences and IT. It’s based in Princeton, New Jersey. The deal closed Monday.

“This acquisition will give Aequor a greater footprint in the clinical IT space with access to new customers and an experienced team of recruiters to help us fill our client needs,” Aequor Co-CEO Manmeet Virdi said in a press release.

Aequor provides staffing in healthcare, life sciences and technology. The company, which is based in Piscataway, New Jersey, appeared on SIA’s 2023 list of largest US Staffing Firms.

“By becoming a part of Aequor Technologies, we gain access to a global platform and a vast network of resources, enabling us to expand our reach and provide even greater value to our clients,” said Sam Matreja, founder and head of Collab.

Matreja will continue leading the Collab operations as a senior VP at Aequor, and the Collab management team will remain in place, the company noted to SIA.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
