CHG Healthcare, the fourth-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US and the largest locum tenens staffing provider, expanded its leadership team with three promotions: Lisa Grabl to CHG Healthcare group president; Brooke Bowers to president of CompHealth, CHG’s locum tenens division; and Kerry Norman to executive VP of operations. Grabl joined CompHealth in 2001 and has held multiple recruiting and leadership roles within the organization. Most recently, she served as CompHealth president and led the division through the turbulence of the Covid-19 pandemic and hybrid work. Bowers joined CompHealth in 2002 and has held multiple sales and leadership positions throughout the company. In her most recent role as senior VP, Bowers championed CompHealth’s sales strategies. Norman joined CHG in 2017 after 17 years at Capital Group, an investment management firm. During her time at CHG, Norman has led multiple divisions with more than 400 people, including talent operations, business technology, financial operations, real estate, and workplace and operational services teams. Norman is included in SIA’s 2022 Global Power 150 - Women in Staffing list.

Medical Solutions, one of the largest healthcare staffing firms, promoted Chase Farmer to chief commercial officer and Caroline van der Pool to chief of staff. Farmer has been with Medical Solutions for more than 13 years, holding several positions within the company leading enterprise sales and account development, including oversight of its managed services program. Van der Pool joined Medical Solutions in early 2022. She will support the CEO and executive team in driving strategic initiatives, providing consultation to department leaders and assisting in the prioritization of business strategies.

LeaderStat, a provider of travel nurse staffing, appointed Chase Donner as CFO. Donner brings nearly 10 years of senior financial and operations experience. He most recently was CFO of an information technology professional services firm.

Vivian Health, a healthcare staffing platform based in San Francisco, appointed Adam Greenberg as CFO and Ved Sinha as chief product officer. Greenberg joins Vivian Health from Roofstock, a digital marketplace for real estate investors. Prior to that, Greenberg served as CFO at Great Jones, a technology-enabled property management business. Sinha comes to Vivian Health with more than 20 years of experience in product management and product innovation. Sinha most recently served as VP of product management at Robert Half International Inc.

Nomad Health, a digital marketplace for temporary healthcare jobs, named Anne Walker as CFO. Walker has more than 20 years of experience. She was previously CFO at Repertoire Immune Medicines. Walker also spend 20 years at Bank of America.

RTG Medical announced that Sunni Wiltse has been named director of talent and development and Zach Crosby has been named director of sales training and enablement. Wiltse joined RTG Medical in May 2022; she brings eight years of healthcare staffing industry experience. Crosby joined RTG Medical in 2017 as a senior recruiter. He became a training and development coach and in 2021 was promoted to director of training and development. RTG Medical is a healthcare staffing firm based in Fremont, Nebraska.

Locum tenens staffing provider Barton Associates announced several new promotions: Emily Marr will now serve as senior director, sales and recruiting. in a regional role for Peabody, Massachusetts, and Windsor, Connecticut. Vanessa Moriarty has been promoted to senior director, sales and recruiting, to lead Barton’s Worcester, Massachusetts, office. Mackenzie Murphy has been promoted to senior director of strategic accounts.

Healthcare staffing firm Prime Staffing promoted Jordan Belkin to VP of global operations. The company also promoted Ray Morales to an executive position within its recruitment division.
