Global staffing firm Airswfit appointed Anna Frazzetto as chief revenue officer. Frazzetto’s previous roles have included chief digital technology officer at both Tential and Harvey Nash. She has also appeared on SIA’s Global Power 150 — Women in Staffing list.

LeaderStat, a provider of travel nurse staffing, appointed Chase Donner as CFO. Donner brings nearly 10 years of senior financial and operations experience. He most recently was CFO of an information technology professional services firm.

Hire Technologies Inc. (TSXV:HIRE.V), a Toronto-based staffing provider, announced CFO Charlie Cooper has resigned, effective Feb. 10. The company expects to announce a new leader for its financial functions in the near term.

Bernice Whaley was named professional group leader at Delaware-based staffing firm Placers. Whaley’s previous roles include director of development and, later, director of advancement at St. Andrews School, a private high school in Middletown, Delaware. Prior to St. Andrews, she worked with the Delaware Economic Office, first as its deputy director and later is its cabinet secretary director. Whaley holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business.

The Reserves Network, a staffing firm based in Fairview Park, Ohio, promoted Laura Bowen to chief operating officer. Bowen had formerly been president of the company’s ExecuTeam and Team1Medical affiliate companies.

Robert Half International Inc. promoted DeLynn Senna to senior district president for the company’s global executive search operations, which span 11 countries. Senna has been with Robert Half for 24 years. Her previous role was as senior district president for legal talent solutions in the US, executive director for international permanent placement solutions and senior managing director for executive search in Europe.

Burtch Works, a data and analytics workforce transformation company, appointed Abby Zimmerman and Matt Stautberg to its Cincinnati-based team. In addition, Burtch Works named Derek Newman as chief product officer. Zimmerman has operations experience in growing a recruiting and staffing brand from startup to more than 700 employees. Most recently, Stautberg was CFO of VRI, a private equity-backed healthcare company in Franklin, Ohio, and previously led Macy’s finance team. Newman has led product management at Cars.com, Conversant, Centro and Kudo.

Prosperix promoted Scott Giroux to chief operating officer. Giroux started with the company in 2018 as VP of operations; in 2021, he became VP of operations and sales.

Locum tenens staffing provider Barton Associates announced several new promotions: Emily Marr will now serve as senior director, sales and recruiting in a regional role for Peabody, Massachusetts, and Windsor, Connecticut. Vanessa Moriarty has been promoted to senior director, sales and recruiting, to lead Barton’s Worcester, Massachusetts, office. Mackenzie Murphy has been promoted to senior director of strategic accounts.

TSR Inc., an IT staffing provider based in Hauppauge, New York, promoted Yvette Fisher to VP, director of human resources, and Denise Briggs Newman to VP, director of accounting.

Healthcare staffing firm Prime Staffing promoted Jordan Belkin to VP of global operations. The company also promoted Ray Morales to an executive position within its recruitment division.
