People on the move: Medical Solutions, Triage, American Medical Staffing

Medical Solutions named Denise Dettingmeijer as the Omaha, Nebraska-based company’s new CFO effective Dec. 1. She succeeds Dan Shedivy, who will remain with the company through early January 2024 to support the transition. Dettingmeijer, who has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO, most recently was CFO of Randstad North America and global businesses and acted as the managing director of global finance transformation. Dettingmeijer also served as co-chair of Randstad’s Executive Diversity Council and established several business resource groups surrounding DE&I.

Healthcare staffing provider Triage hired Taylor Asmus as VP of people and culture and promoted Breanne Falley to VP of strategic initiatives. Falley previously served as Triage’s finance director. In addition, Triage announced Jeff Gordon will head up its new long-term care division. The company also noted that Triage President Ken Tracy had retired from healthcare staffing in August. Tracy and his wife, Libby Tracy, founded healthcare staffing firm TaleMed, which became part of Triage in 2020.

American Medical Staffing hired Hope Field as senior VP of growth and Kristi Stark as senior VP, head of delivery. Field has more than 20 years of experience in staffing, strategic planning, sales and project management. She is based in Detroit and appeared on SIA’s 2021 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. Stark has more than 25 years of experience building collaborative teams, sustainable business practices and growth at firms such as Adecco, Randstad and Yum! Brands. She is based in Dallas.
