Medical Solutions, which ranks among the largest US healthcare staffing providers, named Denise Dettingmeijer as the Omaha, Nebraska-based company’s new CFO effective Dec. 1. She succeeds Dan Shedivy, who will remain with the company through early January 2024 to support the transition.

Dettingmeijer, who has more than 20 years of experience as a CFO, most recently was CFO of Randstad North America and global businesses and acted as the managing director of global finance transformation. Dettingmeijer also served as co-chair of Randstad's Executive Diversity Council and established several business resource groups surrounding DE&I.

She previously held executive positions at Aleris International Inc., Alcoa Inc. and Adac Laboratories Europe, among other roles.

Dettingmeijer will lead Medical Solutions’ financial operations and strategic growth planning processes across its various locations.
