Healthcare staffing firm Dedicated Nursing Associates Inc. acquired Alle-Kiski Caregivers effective May 9. Alle-Kiski provides nonmedical homecare services and is based in Apollo, Pennsylvania. It serves the western Pennsylvania area.

The deal gives DNA the opportunity to provide more services locally, spreading out its breadth of care. With the acquisition, DNA will have more than 8,500 caregivers and more than 6,000 clients through the US.
