Ingenovis Health, one of the largest healthcare staffing providers in the US, acquired Corazon Inc., a Pittsburgh-based program developer for hospitals and health systems.

Founded in 2001, Corazon provides consulting, recruitment, interim management and accreditation for the heart, vascular, neuroscience, orthopedic and surgical specialties.

As part of the acquisition, Corazon will continue to offer services to hospitals, health systems and physician practices across the US and Canada while bringing consulting, development and accreditation to Ingenovis Health’s physician services division, which includes VitalSolution and Vista Staffing Solutions.

“We are thrilled to welcome Corazon to the Ingenovis Health family,” Ingenovis Health CEO Bart Valdez said in a press release. “The team’s expertise and unmatched industry leadership is a natural fit to bolster our growing physician services business and offer hospital partners game-changing consulting, development and accreditation services.”

Corazon Inc. will retain its brand identity and operate as usual while continuing to support its existing clients.

The move follows Ingenovis Health’s acquisition in January 2023 of Springboard Healthcare, a Phoenix-based healthcare travel staffing and education company.

Greenwood Village, Colorado-based Ingenovis Health’s other brands are Trustaff, Fastaff, U.S. Nursing, HealthCare Support, VitalSolution and Vista Staffing Solutions. It is backed by private investment firms Cornell Capital and Trilantic North America.
