Caring Brands International announced that Carolina Lobo will serve as executive VP of people and brand at the company as well as its subsidiaries — Interim HealthCare Inc. in the US, Bluebird Care in the UK and Ireland, and Just Better Care in Australia. Interim is a franchisor of home care, hospice and healthcare staffing. Its Bluebird Care and Just Better Care are franchisors of homecare services. Lobo has more than 25 years of talent and marketing experience in the health and services industries and has held leadership positions at organizations such as Cigna, Aramark, T. Rowe Price and Bayada.

MDstaffers, a Sacramento, California-based physician staffing firm, appointed Ryan Larkin as COO, effective Nov. 20; he had served as MDstaffers’ VP of client services and chief information officer. Tyler Covey will continue as CEO and remain involved in supporting the firm’s strategic growth, innovation and culture initiatives.
