iWorkGlobal today appointed Melissa Oliva as senior VP of client solutions to oversee all operations for the company, which provides a suite of compliance and international workforce solutions.

This is a newly created role within iWorkGlobal to facilitate further expansion.

Oliva previously was senior VP, risk and compliance management at ZeroChaos. She has more than 20 years of experience in the professional services industry and has overseen teams specializing in independent contractor compliance and risk management as well as global business services.

Jeff Phelps will remain as the CEO of iWorkGlobal with Melissa reporting directly to him. His duties will remain to shape the strategy, direction and further expansion of iWorkGlobal.
