Tesla Inc. is being sued as a joint employer along with two staffing firms by two workers alleging a pattern of racial harassment and hostility, the Los Angeles Times reported. If the court holds Tesla accountable, it would affect how similarly situated companies operate, David Weil, dean of the School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University, told the newspaper.
