Daxtra, a global provider of AI-enriched recruitment software, acquired PivotCX, a talent acquisition and HR communications platform based in Indianapolis. The deal closed April 24. 

The combined company aims to streamline and enhance the hiring process for recruiters and HR professionals. 

“Changing workplace trends have made providing great candidate experiences a crucial factor in the recruiting process,” Daxtra CEO Terry Baker said in a press release. “Daxtra and PivotCX share the mission of solving challenges for global talent acquisition teams, especially when it comes to reaching the right candidates quickly. Joining forces means our customers, current and future, will benefit from our combined focus on innovative solutions that build business value through better hiring practices.”

The company name remains Daxtra. The PivotCX product will initially be branded “PivotCX by Daxtra” and eventually roll into the Daxtra suite of solutions.

Founded in 2015, PivotCX’s talent acquisition communications platform enables recruiters to engage in personalized conversations with candidates and managers.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Howard Bates of PivotCX will become president of candidate engagement solutions at Daxtra. Mike Seidle of PivotCX will be CTO of candidate engagement solutions. PivotCX’s David Bernstein will remain focused on building partnership networks.
