BDV Solutions, a Greenville, South Carolina-based provider of employment-based immigration services to foreign nationals, acquired Arkansas Global Connect, a Conway, Arkansas-based seasonal labor provider to US businesses.

As part of the deal, Arkansas Global Connect founder and CEO Dana Deree will now serve as BDV Solutions’ VP for seasonal workforce.

Founded in 2021, Arkansas Global Connect specializes in non-immigrant H-2A and H-2B seasonal work visas, placing workers in several fields including hospitality, food processing, agriculture and manufacturing. Its clients range from internationally known companies to small and midsize enterprises that are unable to attract and retain a sufficient number of US employees.

Founded in 2013, BDV Solutions provides EB-3 employee sponsor consulting and case management services, focusing on unskilled or entry-level labor solutions for US businesses experiencing chronic labor shortages.
