Jogan Inc., a venture capital organization based in Englewood, Colorado, acquired All Hands Consulting, an Ellicott City, Maryland-based emergency management consulting provider.

All Hands Consulting will join Jogan Inc.’s existing healthcare staffing entity, Jogan Health, which provides nurse staffing services.

All Hands Consulting provides emergency management planning, training, exercise and assessment services to the first responder community. Founders Steve Davis and Rick LaValla will continue to support the 25-year-old company.
