Uber’s chief people officer stepping down (CNBC)

CNBC reported that human cloud/ride-sharing firm Uber’s chief people officer, Liane Hornsey, resigned in the wake of a probe over her handling of discrimination complains. Hornsey headed the company’s human resources department and had been in the role for about 18 months. The company gave no reason for her resignation.
