Trillium Staffing acquired San Diego-based Impact Solutions LLC, a provider of strategic construction and low-voltage cabling staffing services. Trillium reports the acquisition complements its existing Trillium Construction Services brand targeting construction trades and low-voltage cabling employees nationwide.  

The deal took effect Jan. 30; terms of the transaction were not announced.

Impact Solutions was founded in 2004 by Toby Copeland and Michael Lapidow, who will continue to lead the operation. Impact is projected to do about $10 million in revenue this year and counts about 115 field employees in San Diego.

The Trillium brand counts approximately 90 offices nationwide and nearly 400 internal recruitment professionals. It ranks No. 24 on Staffing Industry Analysts list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US and is actively seeking acquisitions specifically in the skilled trades and CDL driving markets nationwide.
