TriNet receives NYSE compliance notice

March 17, 2016

Professional employer organization TriNet Group Inc. (NYSE: TNET) received notice Wednesday from the New York Stock Exchange that it no longer complies with listing requirements, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

The letter came because TriNet has not yet filed its 10-K annual report, according to the company.

Last month, TriNet announced a delay in the filing of its 10-K; the company said it found a material weakness in internal controls and would file the report by March 15. The company announced this week it needs more time.

TriNet expects to file its 10-K as soon as possible.

“Based on the review and analysis conducted to date, no material adjustments, restatement or other revisions to previously issued financial statements of the company are expected to be required,” it said in a press release.
