The Onin Group acquired Universal Labor & Staffing, a Dallas-based industrial staffing provider. The deal closed Tuesday.

Universal Labor & Staffing was led by its president, Clif Baker, who will be opening a new Miami-based Onin Staffing office following this sale.

The Onin Group is based in Birmingham, Ala., and ranks on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of fastest-growing staffing firms.
