Pittsburgh-based System One acquired juvo telecom, a telecom, wireless and engineering services and staffing company. The deal expands the reach of System One’s MOUNTAIN LTD. telecommunications division.

The transaction closed Tuesday; terms were not disclosed.

Based in Cary, NC, juvo telecom provides site development, project management, program management, consulting and staffing solutions. The company will operate as MOUNTAIN, LTD., a System One division, and its leadership team will remain.
