MWIDM Inc., a Philadelphia-based staffing firm that ranks among the largest US staffing providers, is being acquired by Superbeo LLC, a Miami-based staffing firm. The deal is set to close by the end of this month.

Superbeo reported the deal will add 91 new clients to its roster. The deal will also bolster Superbeo’s presence in the Maryland, Virginia and Washington DC region, according to the company.

“This acquisition will solidify Superbeo’s expertise in the financial services and technology sectors with the robust recruitment and staffing engine of MWIDM Inc.,” said Brian Auden, CEO of Superbeo.

MWIDM ranks No. 94 on SIA’s list of largest US staffing firms. It operates in the IT, professional and healthcare segments with 18 locations in North America. In October 2021, the company announced it was divesting its Pacer Staffing business.

Superbeo is a service-disabled veteran and LGBT-owned company.
