2018 was a good year for the Chilean outsourcing and temporary staffing industry, staffingamericalatina reported. Chilean Association of Human Resources Firms members’ revenues rose to $380 million in 2018, up 10.5% from 2017 and twice the growth rate of the Chilean economy. Annual revenue rose 13.3% in the outsourcing industry and approximately 6.1% in the temporary staffing industry.
