A report by the Economic Policy Institute being used in a lawsuit claims that IT services firm HCL Technologies underpaid H-1B visa holders by $95 million over the last few years, The Economic Times reported. An HCL spokesman told the newspaper the company is compliant with all relevant rules and regulations and is committed to paying workers in accordance with applicable laws.
