WorldWide HealthStaff Solutions named Laura Messineo as chief nursing officer. Messineo has held several roles in the healthcare industry, most recently as senior director of digital health at Novant Health in North Carolina. WorldWide HealthStaff provides direct-hire international nurse and allied health recruitment. It was acquired in March 2023 by Medical Solutions.

Wipro Ltd. (NYSE: WIT) named Malay Joshi as CEO of its Americas 1 market unit effective April 10. Malay joined Wipro in 1996 and is based in New York. He takes over from Srinivas Pallia, who was recently named CEO after the resignation of Thierry Delaporte.

Staffing firm Solomon Page appointed Shawn Gillespie as VP of search, accounting and finance. Gillespie has five years of search experience place C-suite and senior-level candidates and more than 10 years in industry and management consulting. Gillespie will be based in Los Angeles and report to Managing Director Tim Calley.

Borderless AI, an employer-of-record service provider, appointed Leonard Shen to its board of advisors. Shen’s past experience includes member of the audit and risk committee of the Visa board and its global operational risk subcommittee as well as chief compliance officer at PayPal.

Coupa, a spend management software provider whose products include a VMS, named Greg Harbor as its new chief partner officer. Harbor’s previous roles were at firms that included Capgemini and SAP. While at Capgemini, he served as executive VP and group sales officer for Asia Pacific in the Middle East.
