People on the move: Adecco, Dexian, Vivian, Randstad, Robert Half, more

The Adecco Group appointed Caroline Basyn as chief digital and IT officer as well as executive committee member. Basyn most recently was chief strategy and transformation officer Europe at PepsiCo. She has more than three decades of leadership experience in digital transformation and leveraging technology innovations. Basyn will join the company on Aug. 28. Basyn’s appointment was initially announced Thursday when The Adecco Group released its second-quarter earnings

Dexian, the eighth-largest US IT staffing firm, appointed Jeff Buss as chief information officer. Buss has more than 30 years of experience in progressive leadership, technology and cybersecurity. Buss joins Dexian from Nordic Consulting, where he was global chief information officer. As chief information officer, Buss will oversee critical aspects, including IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, risk and compliance, and cloud engineering initiatives, for the organization. 

Vivian Health, a healthcare staffing platform based in San Francisco, appointed Bill Kong as chief marketing officer. Kong mostly recently was chief marketing officer at Rover, an online marketplace for pet care, where he helped lead the company through its 2021 IPO. Kong also served in marketing roles at Sears Holdings Corporation and Walgreen’s Drugstore.com and VisionDirect.com. He has more than 20 years of performance and brand marketing experience. 

Randstad Sourceright appointed Becky Parson as early careers director for recruitment process outsourcing and MSP programs in North America. Parson, based in St. Louis, will oversee client service delivery on budget and align with clients’ objectives. She will report to Sue Marcus, Randstad Sourceright, managing director for North America. Parson has more than 23 years of extensive early talent attraction experience.  

Professional staffing provider Robert Half Inc. promoted Lucy Marino to executive director, overseeing the company’s marketing and creative practice group. Marino has spent more than 24 years in leadership roles at Robert Half, including serving as regional director for several major markets across the US. She most recently served as VP for national technology, marketing and creative accounts.  

Executive search firm ZRG hired Michelle Stuntz to lead its human capital consulting and advisory practice. Stuntz most recently served as North America consumer consulting leader at Korn Ferry. Prior to that, Stuntz spent eight years with Deloitte Consulting.  

Jensen Partners, a New York-based executive search firm, announced that Stacy Schiffman will head its new office in Austin, Texas, as managing director of distribution. Schiffman comes to Jensen Partners from investment management firm Pimco, where she led marketing recruiting. Before Pimco, she launched Highline Staffing, a firm focused on the recruitment and placement of capital raising and investment professionals for asset management firms.  

Russell Reynolds Associates, a New York-based global advisory and executive search firm, named Henry Topping as its Dallas managing director. Topping joins Russell Reynolds Associates from Korn Ferry, where he was senior client partner in media and entertainment practice.
