The Delta Companies, one of the largest providers of healthcare staffing in the US, promoted Paul Estrada to senior VP of Delta Physician Placement. In the newly created role, Estrada will oversee the day-to-day operations for both the marketing and recruiting departments within Delta Physician Placement. Prior to this position, he was VP of marketing for Delta Physician Placement. 

International executive search firm Gerard Stewart tapped Sara Boyd as managing director to lead its newest office in Menlo Park, Calif. She will also expand the firm’s search capabilities to include executive VPs and senior level management. Boyd most recently was a senior VP and led the professional search division at Nelson Staffing.

Allen Austin, a Houston-based executive search firm, opened offices in Minneapolis, Miami and Mexico City and added four new partners to its team. Ron Woessner will operate from the firm’s Minneapolis office and lead Allen Austin’s global financial officer practice. Chris Fryer will operate from the firm’s Minneapolis office and co-lead the firm’s industrial, life sciences and financial services practices. Manny Corsino will manage Allen Austin’s Miami and Latin American offices, and will lead the firm’s expansion and growth in Latin America. John Sinders will co-lead the company’s leadership advisory consulting practice, focusing primarily on energy and energy services companies, and private equity and financial services firms.

Career Partners International, which provides career transition services and talent management solutions, hired Dan Coben as director of client services to lead client services and business development efforts for Waldron’s Phoenix location, which serves the Southwest market. He most recently was a senior consultant for Waldron in Phoenix. Waldron is a Western US-based consulting firm serving clients globally. Its practice areas include career transition, leadership consulting and executive coaching, as well as retained search.

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, headquartered in Boston, announced Lorri Zelman will lead its new Beacon Hill HR division in New York. She most recently was managing director of the HR executive search practice of a New York City-based company.
