Resources Connection Inc. (NASDAQ: RGP) — which operates as Resources Global Professionals, or RGP — increased the size of its board to 11 members from 10 and appointed David White to the board and as a member of its corporate governance and nominating committee, effective July 29. White previously was the national executive director and chief negotiator of the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. He currently is a board member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, the Motion Pictures and Television Fund and The Actors Fund. White is also a commissioner for the Entertainment Industry Commission on Eliminating Sexual Harassment and Advancing Equality in the Workplace.

Staffing 360 Solutions Inc. (NASDAQ: STAF), a staffing provider with operations in the US and UK, expanded its board to six members with the appointment of Vincent Cebula. Effective immediately, Cebula also will serve on the compensation and human resources committee, the nominating and corporate governance committee and the audit committee. Cebula has been an independent director in both public and private companies, serving as an operating advisor and investor in special situations. He is presently an operating advisor for Solace Capital Partners LP, an alternative asset manager focused on distressed debt and special situation investment opportunities in middle-market companies.

Applicant tracking system software provider TargetRecruit appointed Chris Jordan as its chief technology officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in technology with 10 years at Robert Half International Inc. (NYSE: RHI), most recently as director of enterprise applications and data services. Jordan will work closely with TargetRecruit’s president Andy Wigderson.

Second Line Advisors, an executive search firm based in New York City, added Kate Mullen as executive director. In her role, she will expand the firm's industry coverage to technology, fintech, healthcare, biotech, life sciences, consumer goods and industrials. Mullen most recently was director at Major, Lindsey & Africa.

RSR Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based executive search and leadership consulting firm, announced Eric Douglas Keene has joined its board & CEO services practice as a managing director in Chicago. He is the founder and president of Keene Advisory Group. He previously was leader on diversity and inclusion and was a member of the consumer and corporate officers practices at Russell Reynolds Associates.

Executive search firm Diversified Search Group announced Rob Crawford joined its New York City office as managing director in the firm’s private equity, financial services and financial officers practices. He most recently was a member of the same practices at Egon Zehnder.

Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. (TSX: CWL) added Katherine Baker as a principal in its insurance practice based in the firm’s New York office. Baker joins Caldwell from Korn Ferry, where she spent six years as a member of its global insurance and asset & wealth management practices.
