Kacary has more than 20 years of experience and joins Randstad RiseSmart from AMS where she most recently was managing director of brand, marketing and communications. Prior to that, she held global marketing leadership roles at Pontoon, Korn Ferry and organizations within the telecommunications and technology sectors.

NerdRabbit, an AI-powered talent platform for IT professionals, announced Annelle Barnett as CEO. Barnett most recently was chief marketing officer at Catalyst Tech Ventures. NerdRabbit founder Mark Metz will transition to the role of chairman from his former role as CEO.

IntelyCare, a talent platform for nurses, named two new directors to its board: Janelle Sallenave, VP of fintech company Chime, and Aashima Gupta, director of global healthcare for Google Cloud.

Executive search firm Daversa Partners appointed Lindsay Angelillo as managing director and will bring her expertise in the engineering and product functions to the company’s leadership team. Angelillo joined Daversa in 2014.

ZRG, an executive search firm, named Mina Ames as global head of financial services. Ames was previously at Russell Reynolds where she co-led the firm’s global fintech practice, and Egon Zehnder where she focused on board, CEO and senior executive leadership positions. Ames is based in the UK.

AimHire, a Denver-based staffing firm, announced that Mona Hernandez is leading its new office in Nashville, Tennessee, as regional president.

Staffing Referrals, an automated referral management platform, appointed Travis Arnold as a managing partner. Arnold is co-founder of Herefish, which was acquired by Bullhorn in 2020. Arnold also served as head of marketing at Sendouts, which was acquired by Bullhorn in 2012.
