People: LandrumHR, Hays Talent Solutions, ettain, Active Staffing and more

LandrumHR, a Pensacola, Fla.-based staffing and PEO services provider, appointed Kara Bloomberg to COO, effective Jan. 2. Bloomberg initially joined LandrumHR as VP of operations last year.

Hays Talent Solutions appointed Catherine Congleton as VP, sales and solutions for the West region. Hays Talent Solutions provides RPO, MSP and statement-of-work services; it’s part of Hays plc. Congleton was most recently at Kelly Services Global Solutions.

IT staffing provider ettain group named Eric Ellis as director of digital solutions and a member of its managed services team. Ellis has more than 15 years of experience in the digital solutions space; he previously served as UX director for Lithium Technologies.

Active Staffing Services, a New York-based firm providing light industrial and office services staffing, named Rachel Sullivan as manager of its new office in Lakeland, Fla. Sullivan joined Active in 2018 following more than 19 years of experience in industrial staffing. She also manages the company’s Tampa, Fla., office.

RSR Partners, a Greenwich, Conn.-based executive search and leadership consulting firm, announced Rebecca Holland New joined the firm as a managing director, leading its healthcare and life sciences practice. She is based in Raleigh, NC. Most recently, New served as executive VP, enterprise operations, at Thermo Fischer Science.

TalentServed LLC, a boutique recruiting firm serving the hospitality industry, hired Patsy Van Brunt as director of recruiting. She has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and most recently was an HR and recruiting executive at Hillstone Restaurant Group.

Witt/Kieffer, an executive search firm headquartered in Oak Brook, Ill., expanded its not-for-profit practice team. It now includes practice leader and consultant Julie Rosen, as well as consultants John McFarland and Steven Yamada, senior associates Kim Brettschneider, John Fazekas and Andrew Trechsel, and associate Molly Gauss.
