He joins Horton International from another executive search firm.

KellyMitchell Group Inc., headquartered in St. Louis, announced Blaise Bussell joined the company as senior VP of field operations, effective Oct. 1. He most recently was region president, Northwest of Kforce (NASD: KFRC), leading a team across six geographies and 14 business units. WunderLand Group, a recruitment agency in the digital, creative and marketing sectors, announced Kristen Storey joined its leadership team as managing director of the Chicago office. Storey previously held several leadership positions with PepsiCo, most recently as the director of talent acquisition, global sourcing and talent programs. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Storey held several leadership positions in HR, including roles at Schawk! and Mintel International, building upon her early career within executive search and staffing.

Ringerman most recently was a professional services/consulting partner at Teradata Inc.
