Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., hired Lua Borey as senior regional VP, responsible for its Southern California branches and onsite locations. She also oversees internal staff. Borey most recently was senior VP of Southern California for Randstad and has 16 years of staffing and leadership experience. Dale Fallon joined Chartwell as senior VP of learning and development, responsible for designing and building the company’s learning and development programs, performance management program, procedure manuals and more. Fallon founded The Communication Gym in Pennsylvania and brings 16 years of training and executive coaching experience to Chartwell.

Enterprise Medical Recruiting, a physician, healthcare executive and advanced practice recruitment firm based in St. Louis, added Courtney Becker and Beth Briggs as senior search consultants on its psychiatry team. Becker most recently was a physician search consultant with Cejka Search, and Briggs's last position was with StarMed as a physician search consultant. Additionally, Danielle Bernholt joined the firm’s advanced practice provider team as a senior search consultant. Bernholt most recently was a staff infusion nurse at St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Futurestep, a division of Korn Ferry International Inc. (NYSE: KFY) providing recruitment process outsourcing and other services, appointed Joanne Cumper and Ian Mosby to its advanced technology practice in London. Cumper joins the practice as a managing consultant for its digital business across EMEA. Mosby assumes the role of managing consultant for Korn Ferry Futurestep’s London office, also sitting within its advanced technology practice.

Revature, an IT training and staffing firm based in Reston, Va., appointed Joseph Mitchell as senior VP of university partnerships. Former executive director of enterprise partnerships for Pearson, Mitchell will be responsible for managing Revature’s work with colleges and universities.

Legal search firm Major, Lindsey & Africa announced Neonu Jewell joined the firm's in-house practice group as a director in its New York office. Jewell, a former corporate and regulatory compliance lawyer, spent four years at Marriott International as an assistant tax manager and then joined Thomson Hine as an international trade associate for two years before transitioning in-house to Accenture.
