Aerotek, part of the Allegis Group, appointed Craig Sivers as regional VP for the Midwest, responsible for developing sales and delivery strategies to serve customers throughout Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Kentucky — states formerly part of Aerotek’s South and Central regions. Sivers joined Aerotek in 2005; after Aerotek split into three separate operating companies in 2020, he took on the newly created role of director of sales operations for Michigan.

Floyd Lee Locums, a North Charleston, South Carolina-based locums tenens staffing firm, appointed Marc Greene as senior director of its government affairs division, dedicated to supporting healthcare staffing needs at the Federal and State levels. Greene joins Floyd Lee Locums after spending decades in the defense and medical sectors. Greene also serves on the board of the Low County American Red Cross.

San Francisco-based SmartRecruiters, which provides a suite of talent acquisition technology, appointed Michael DeSimone as the company’s new CEO. DeSimone previously was CEO of ShopKeep, a cloud-based point-of-sale system provider, which was acquired by Lightspeed POS, where he most recently served as a chief business officer for two years.

Fusion Medical Staffing expanded its executive leadership team, appointing Dan DeVeney as VP of Fusion Marketplace and Brian McCulloch as VP of sales. DeVeney joins Fusion from Spreetail, where he served as senior director. Prior to Spreetail, DeVeney held leadership roles at Oriental Trading Company and Hayneedle. McCulloch has extensive experience in mortgage lending and banking and most recently served as VP of business performance at Honor Technology. As VP of sales, McCulloch will lead Fusion’s nursing, allied and long-term care sales divisions and the sales onboarding and training team. Fusion’s tree brands include Fusion Medical Staffing, Fusion Marketplace and Fusion Workforce Solutions.

BGSF, a Plano, Texas-based staffing firm, appointed Donna Carroll to its board effective April 14. A 30-year staffing veteran, Carroll most recently served as chief sales officer for a $400 million private US healthcare staffing and professional services company. Carroll has held several leadership positions in global organizations, including Adecco, Randstad, CDI and North Highland Consulting.

TRU Staffing Partners added three staff members to support recruiting and operational efforts: Kayleigh Moore, manager of recruitment, is based in Phoenix, Arizona; Al Laurin, talent scout, privacy, is based in Alberta, Canada; and Monique Day, assistant operations manager, is based in Texas. In addition, Pennsylvania-based Stacey Pcholinksi was promoted to the new role of data analytics and automation manager.

PSG Global Solutions, an RPO provider targeting the healthcare industry, added David Ludolph as senior VP for RPO delivery. He will lead full-cycle RPO efforts, develop and implement RPO strategy, manage client relationships and train and deliver team members.

Cornerstone Consulting Organization, an Ohio-based provider of operations consulting and staffing, named Bret Petkus as executive VP of commercial operations. He has more than 25 years of commercial experience in the medical field and is based in Texas.

The Blue Collar Recruiter, an Austin, Texas-based permanent placement recruiting firm, named Jeff Schonberg as president and owner of its first franchise in Ambler, Philadelphia. Schonberg has more than 20 years of combined experience in executive search and HVAC, electrical, plumbing and home service trades.
