The Eliassen Group, a Wakefield MA-based technology staffing firm, opened an office in New York City. The new office will complement the company's existing Mt. Kisco NY office.

Westaff Inc. (NASD: WSTF) announced the opening of a new franchise office in Madison WI. Franchise owner Jim Holwerda will oversee the office. Holwerda has been in the staffing industry for more than eight years.
