IntelyCare, a talent platform providing nurses, announced the hires of three new C-level executives. Those hires are Chris Sands as CFO, Sheri Zee as chief people officer and Michael Berdik as chief legal officer.

Sands most recently was CFO of MineralTree, a provider of accounts payable automation software.

Zee has more than 20 years of experience and most recently was senior VP, culture and talent, for Skillsoft Corp. Zee will lead IntelyCare’s strategy to attract, retain and develop talent.

Berdik was previously general counsel at Salsify, CiBO Technologies and EnerNOC.

IntelyCare also announced that it expanded operations in 10 additional states, including Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas and Utah. It also hired nearly 300 new employees in the US and Albania and relocated its headquarters to a 54,000 square-foot office space in Quincy, Massachusetts.
