Noor announces acquisition of Texas-based home healthcare firm

December 11, 2017

Habib Noor, founder of Noor Inc., acquired Texas-based Restorative Health Care, a home healthcare provider with four offices and more than 300 field clinicians. Restorative Health Care provides nursing and therapy services, including RNs and occupational, physical and speech therapy services for chronic conditions, intermittent care, quadriplegics and disease management.

“I am excited to bring RHC to our family of companies; RHC has hardworking and talented employees providing important clinical services,” Noor said. “This acquisition also compliments our international healthcare staffing division as we will be able to utilize current contingent employees to service RHC patient needs.”

The transaction closed Dec. 1; terms were not disclosed.

Noor Inc. oversees 22 staffing and recruiting brands with more than 2,500 internal and contingent employees operating through 11 offices. Noor Staffing Group, part of the Noor Inc. family of companies, is a New York-based staffing firm owned by Habib Noor.

In 2015, Noor Staffing Group purchased all assets of now-defunct Corporate Resource Services’ Corporate Resource Development Inc. subsidiary.
